New Everton Stadium

Everyone is assuming that the stadium will only take up any land area in BMD.There is always the option to cantelever walkways etc out over the dock edge

Ok I'll explain, your posts by their nature lead some to believe that you're from the dark side. Subsequently the assumption is like all rs internet lurkers you'll be sat at your keyboard wearing your full rs kit, probably fake.
Yes well that is the vibe I have been getting so just to clarify for all you cliquey suspicious longtime users I am not an alias of anyone else who either uses or has used this forum in the past I know none on here personally or from other forums I only use this one I have never been on reddit and I never play FIFA or were a kit Of any other team or even this one I do live at home thou my own home without my parents but with my wife and kids. I use and pay for my own internet. Whoever you think I am ur wrong. So pull your necks in ffs and stop with the snide comments

Not Everton related but the Atlanta falcons have introduced their fan menu for their new stadium which is ridiculously low priced considering.

Falcon fans are not like Evertonians... You guys will go to the game regardless, Atlanta is traditionally an awful city for teams. The NBA team is putting a bar in courtside.

The archaic licensing laws need amending too, so you can drink your beers at your seat, without having to rush it all down your neck at half time...if you can get served in the time allowed.
In any Australian Ground you can get a tray of 4 if you want and drink them at your own speed back at your own seat, saves all the up and downing and HT rush.
Won't happen though. The powers that be would have a fit at the mere suggestion, due, as always, to the few spoiling it for the many, they think that the average football fan just wants to pour as much down his neck as he can in the shortest time then go on a rampage.

Except in Australia you're not drinking beer, just weird low strength fizz water - because of those same rampages you speak of.

I did the four beer thing at twickenham watching England.

It wouldn't work at football, especially with away fans who drink as much as possible en route.

You can choose a low/mid strength beer if you wish or full strength / 5.0%
Where ever you are all mainstream beer for mass consumption is fizz water of one sort or another.
tbh, if I have a choice it's never Carlton, who have 90% coverage.

Listening to TS on the radio this morning & they had a Feng Shui expert on the show. No idea if I've spelt it correct but hey ho. Anyways, he spoke about using colours & space to create differing atmospheres in spaces like stadiums to help the home teams & hinder the away side.
He said you can create positive energies using light & bright colours & good space that the players in the changing rooms & the fans in the stands can feed off. He also said about creating smaller darker spaces in the opposition dressing room & also doing the same with the away support to kill there energy so they feel less positive.
Now I'm not a healing crystals, light the candle, pee into the wind kinda guy but I do think that sort of thinking should be used in the stadium design.

Most fans say to shove the away support into the upper reaches & stuffed in a corner to quieten them down so we all sort of think like this already.

I wonder if Meis does any of this type of thinking when designing a stadium.
