I did the survey gave many suggestions including a retractable roof and also assuming we want to host games such as the EL final how about underground team coach entrance like the old Wembley?
Also thought what about Airport style bars and cafe's inside? There'll be more room than Goodison. (As long as they keep the prices down).

This is debatable, the law only states that supporters must be provided with a seat, not that it must be used.
Also according to The FSF it is down to the Secretary of State anyway.

Whether it technically requires a change in legislation or not, what it undoubtedly requires is will within government and there's no sign of that. Of the main parties I believe only the Lib Dems have tentatively said they might support it at some point in the future maybe. The best you can do is futureproof (make sure the stand can cope with extra capacity) and push for it. Or futureproof and hope others have successfully pushed for it by the time your new ground opens.

If it is built then according to Dave it will be a millstone round the clubs neck for decades because on his estimates the debt will be 600 mill to 1 bill! Plus we will have new owners because that carpetbagger Mosh will cash in to make a big profit for himself and family.
Me I think the stadium will be built, yes there will be a big debt to clear no doubt of that but if the club has such a big debt then how can Mosh possibly sell and make a mountain of money? So to me Mosh is in for the long haul.

...I just hope Liverpool City Council are more efficient in supporting the filling in of Bramley Moore docks than they are at filling in the numerous potholes in our roads. Come on Joe.
