You may well be right. Like I have said, not a clue.

But the fact remains that his ownership of Chelsea has been compromised by geopolitical stuff way beyond his influence. Well, maybe not "fact", but probably.

What would you do? Cash in and walk away to calmer climates, or risk ££££ in a situation you dont actually have a say in?

Not really. RA bought it for peanuts and has developed it into something £1.5Bn ish. So the growth has already taken place. Everton is still peanuts and can be developed into something more valuable. City was the same......

True but there are elements in the council who are fearful of losing that designation.
