You are using two of the wealthiest clubs in the world to point out the failings of the Everton board.
UsingCity and Chelsea as the yardstick 99% of clubs in the world would look poor.
At least use clubs that Everton are in some way comparable to highlight the deficiencies.

If we had of had a competent board 12 years ago then Man City nor Chelsea might not have even been taken over.

Kings Dock would have been the envy of most clubs. The sad thing is, two failed stadiums down the line and this joke of a board is still calling the shots.

If Chelsea and City had the funds of Everton that "competent" board would not be building stadiums and the team would likely be in the championship.
