I would be astonished if after agreeing a fee, personal terms, etc etc, a player didnt sign cos of Goodison. Not like its a secret.

That said, agree that the new place kinda shows a different club. If that makes sense.

Ok yeah maybe if they wouldn't do it if they've made thier mind up. But I'd say many players we've played against that came down that small tunnel. Probably said pass to thier agent when a move was pitched with memories our match day facility just pushing them over the edge.

I'm not sure that's a massive issue as the players spend most of their working week at the training facilities, not the playing stadium.
