My post regarding the Kings dock was a rhetorical question . How can we expect the people who couldn't find funding for that to EVER build a new ground. Having spoken to many people over the years plenty of local wealthy businessman wanted to help but all offers were declined

If capacity was reduced to 30,000 during the redevelopment it would cost £4-5 million a year in lost revenues. Totally agree on the second point!

TH is an engineer.

TS is an architect and urban designer as well as other attributes.
