Not many people are going to pay for premium seats. We have one of the lowest priced tickets in the league already.

Ticket prices are likely to be increased for the new stadium, pricing some people out.

Also if there is likely to be seats going to general sale for a lot of games

I wouldn't pay for a premium seat and I don't think you would. But enough people can and will buy them and that is all that matters.

Some may, but I doubt it. More importantly are those that will be happy to pay much more for a decent seat without obstructions. There will be a fight for tickets for BMD.......

It looks like the top edge is not level but the bricks wont slope as it is too hard to set them that way.

Exctly, some people do really believe the rubbish they read about everybody being skint in our part of the world, don't they.

I believe it is more to do with angle the picture is taken from and the fact the wall is not parallel to the stadium making it look like that.

You're absolutely right. I've had another look at the top-down plan. I was forgetting how much Regent Road and the dock wall runs at an angle to the stadium.

It's just perspective.

Is just perspective. South stand nearer to regents road wall than north stand, as regents road not parallel with east side.

Remember when some pictures/sketches were released, and from some angles it looked like the pitch could be below ground level? Has that been clarified in any of these actual real plans?
