Is it perspective people are getting fooled with?
True;If we had the option to but Nelson surely we would have. We wouldn't then be shoehorning the stadium into the current space.
I'd be amazed if any other dock in LW gets filled in. There's too much heritage focus now and besides which the docks themselves are actually the biggest selling point foe development, our situation is very unique.
Bit harsh on TomDon't be silly he is far too busy ringing up the council's emergency hotline every 5 seconds enquiring what will the dog walkers and kite fliers do. Tom is also on the case saying that the alternative proposals haven't been thought through and Goodison can be made into a 70k superstadium if we evict everyone in a half a mile radius, so this PP application should be denied.
2 mensThe four dressing rooms are so we can host four-team tournaments
We have some of the poorest fans in the league loads and I mean loads of people i know can barley afford the season ticket.your idiocy at times is astounding people will pay for premium seats at a new stadium. We don't currently have many due to goodison being massively outdated and severely lacking corporate hospitality the demand will be there with vastly improved corporate facilities infact feel free to bump this in 4-5 years time I'm very confident that demand will far exceed supply. And our seats are cheaper due to fact we have alot of restricted views and as a general rule we look after our supporters more then most top flight clubs.
No doubt there will be pricing increases with the move thats to be expected moving to world class stadium with improved seating. Prices will be adjusted accordingly depending on what kind of seating is offered. There will still be a good chunk of the seating affordable for most supporters and increased corporate income is to be welcomed we are severely lacking in that area and personally being an international blue I'd be happy to pay 400 odd qiud for premium seats I dont visit often and watching the blues in style suits me.
A lot of people buy them as a last resort to get tickets from a game especially people from abroad as a one off.I wouldn't pay for a premium seat and I don't think you would. But enough people can and will buy them and that is all that matters.
Hopefully they will get first crack. And what will happen to the 8000 people currently on the waiting list?
I can't argue with that part, but I do think @MarcelsGoat has a good point about how we've to some extent limited ourselves with the final choice of location. That is one of the smallest increases moving to a new stadium as far as I can recall. Maybe it's genius for the points you make, I see it as under playing our hand. But it is what it is and we have to be happy whatever.
Not according to Labby. Why are reds buzzing with our survey? Have we really said they have twice as many fans lol
You talk some absolute [Poor language removed] on here you.Not many people are going to pay for premium seats. We have one of the lowest priced tickets in the league already.
Ticket prices are likely to be increased for the new stadium, pricing some people out.
Also if there is likely to be seats going to general sale for a lot of games
