To help with their own agenda people often like to spout mistruths about something they don't really know anything about because it's often to people who are also just as unknowlegeable on the same subject.
Cos of that, they often get away with the mistruths as well.

Anyway stadium...to stimulate post covid jobs and business, the brisbane council have brought forward the A$2.1 Billion / £1.0 bIllion northern arterial road upgrade.
I know LCC (and others) are on their uppers so £600M being spent should help jobs and be voted through on the nod

Was anyone arsed about Edward Colston before last Sunday?

My cousin and his wife live in Bristol. They (people in Bristol, not just my cousin!) have been petitioning the council etc for years to get that statue (amongst other things) removed. So yes, lots of people were arsed about him before last Sunday.

Never let rumours and conjecture get in the way of trashing anybody's name. People are hung out to dry on social media now but why let the real truth get in the way
