Correct me if I am wrong but what clubs in top 2 divs have bulit a stadium from scratch in the last 20 years?

Spurs stadium only opened a couple of seasons ago.

It will be colder outside the ground like but shouldn't be as bad in the stadium with all the cover

If Saudis can air condition a Stadia for the World Cup, then surely Central Heating could be installed?

Absolutely. My dad worked on the docks he'd come home like a 'block of ice'. Shame they didn't opt for a retractable roof. That would have also allowed for east/west orientation than north south.

Yes this has always been my only concern. Not just the cold, but the wind off the Irish Sea. Ruthless!

I think he means because you built the new stadium on the same site you had white Hart lane. Whereas Bramley Moore is a new site completely.

Then again the Emirates is on a new site completely so he'd still be wrong anyway
