New Everton Stadium

Not really a failure though is it? It was only ever being explored with intent. Its a bit like looking at rightmove and choosing a house, then going for a viewing. If you don't choose to live there, it doesn't make that a failed house move does it?
Still no stadium on the horizon, so yes it is another failure

But isn't 'set in stone' as of yet. Master-plan is done, yes, but it by no means says that there can not be further discussion. Much of the imporvement to that area is actually infrastructure over the next few years. that could help our cause.

the biggest issue, it seems, or at least form what I've been told, is the UNESCO world heritage rulings about obscuring the views of the historic buildings from riverside. There are strict rules over height of development and how it affects the skyline.

It's all infrastructure up the north end and it is set in stone, the development is happening now; new warehousing units have gone up, the bio mass farm is up and United Utilities have just completed their 300m development.

The unesco issue is only really aimed at the Liverpool waters development which is a totally different arm of peel and completely separate project

It was never explored with intent. If you look back at my posts on here I said a long time ago that we had no intention of moving to Walton hall park.
That information came from someone very very high up at Everton.

As usual everton played a game hoping that somewhere along the way someone would come along and bail them out. They failed again.

I'm talking more towards the City Center, near Costco area. The Very North is well developed with the imminent opening of L2 as you say.

I think I may have misread your post, I read it as you talking about the North part of the Liverpool Waters development, not north of the development.

All those desperate for the docks, it absolutely friggin stinks down there.

Can't see another good location, mind. Worry about traffic getting in and out, could be horrendous.
