Just been down to look at the new stadium, it stunk of human waste.

I took a day trip to Liverpool last week and went down to have a look at the site. It was great to see the progress made so far. After nearly 30 years of failed proposals, talk and more talk about new stadiums its great to see the building progressing. I`ll be sorry to see the last of Goodison but am really looking forward to going to a new modern stadium to watch the blues.

….car went in for a service in Sandhills, so Mrs Eggs & I got the train into town for a bite to eat. We walked back & took in the stadium site. We are both active in our 60s and it took us approximately 25mins to comfortably stroll from Liverpool One.

The site is a hive of activity & the construction impressive from close up;
