New Everton Stadium

Club shop will be in the east stand.

I saw the club shop in the architects plans in the east stand. Someone on here linked all the proposed designs submitted. They literally cover everything, I couldn’t tell if it was on the ground floor or first floor as I’m not good with the detailed plans

Any ideas if this is still the case and which floor?

I’d of thought it’s be

It's spread across two floors I think.

I think it was knocked back because they wanted to demolish some historic warehouses. I'm glad it was in that case. I'm all for new build on brownfield sites and for all the historic stuff to stay and be done up. That way it still feels like a dock area on the west side of the dock road.
Can't think of anything remotely worth saving round Sandhills station myself... All the industrial sites are pretty modern I think, just metal shed type construction

I know, but inside the stadium! that’s pretty cool.
The plans show retail in the East Stand at Level 00 (Ground) and Level 01 (First)

Immediately around there, yeah, I agree. In fact, I think most of the stuff built in the last 30 years won't be going anywhere. I was thinking more of The Ten Streets and other areas closer to the dock road. There is a huge barrel roofed warehouse off the bottom of Boundary Street which you can see in most of Mr Drone's videos. It would be a crying shame if that is not redeveloped.
