Unless the Council want to put a big chunk of money into it, they have no right in saying what it looks like IMO.

If we are fronting the majority of the cost its built how we want it, and that will be without a running track.

They humiliated the club when they made it public we couldn't afford to build a stadium... now they want us to build them a stadium so they can host a tournament...

Peel have been able to do something with the area for 4yrs and haven't touched it. Confident that if Everton are serious about wanting that area for the Stadium and everything else that Peel would sell.

If there is real money to be made, Moshiri and his mates can just buy out Peel, in total, and do what they want. If there isn't money to be made Moshiri can just make them a daft offer knowing they will have to accept.......

Council seem to want to copy what Man City are doing and use a football club to essentially fund/springboard the redevelopment of a deprived area.

Don't really have a problem with that and i'm a big fan of what Man City have done in East Manchester but ultimately you can't turn down the docks if it is avalible

Not really the correct timeline, the club tried to put the failure onto the council who instantly just exposed the lies of Elstone

Is it to logical to think that should we be allowed to put a stadium on the dock, then Peel would benefit by being able to attract further demand for the space around it and therefore sell at higher prices/rent out at higher rates etc?

Nope, Bill Kenwright continually humiliated the club with his half baked nonsense about moving to Kirkby, then WHP. We deserved to be made a show of, as we were run by no marks and phonies. Bye Bill.
