There's one chance to get this stadium move right. If we can make it a dockland option the revenue & sponsorship deals going forward will be immense. And what better way to signal that Everton are back.

Think how much the naming rights for a waterfront stadium would be worth!! I know no one likes it but a naming rights package for a stadium on the Mersey would dwarf anything they could get for any other location. It could even come close to offsetting the extra cost/expenses of the site.

Arent Barcelona spending a fortune lobbing a roof on their ground just so Nike, or someone, can have the biggest logo ever on it? Real Madrid have tried the same, but mucked it up cos of the new government there.

Bit greedy but can't we buy both sites and Stanley Park just so we can keep them contained? Maybe build an old people's home right next to them so they have to keep the noise down a bit.

We have the twin dreams of Jose and a riverside stadium to enjoy at the moment.

When they inevitably implode, that will be the time for us to worry about alternatives.
