We arent arsenal and we're not in London. We'd get nowhere near thatArsenal recently (2012) made £150m for a deal until 2021 with Emirates.
So ideally we should be aiming for around the same deal but if on the waterfront and dock/ferry terminal, I would imagine £150 would be a starting point.
The cost for the Emirates came to £390m with the increased TV money it looks a very achievable dream.

If it is at Trafalgar, then it will be right next door to the Cruise Liner Terminal if that passes feasibility. The number of photographs taken there, and the huge increase in level of footfall will make the stadium a highly lucrative advertising opportunity.
True but we'd get nowhere near what arsenal do.If it is at Trafalgar, then it will be right next door to the Cruise Liner Terminal if that passes feasibility. In my opinion he's totally out of order with his comments and just using this situation for political gain. In short he should keep quiet and let the club get on with their research. When there's something for the club to announce he can chip in.
True but we'd get nowhere near what arsenal do.
Stadium rights in general are pretty low outside of them and city
We still wouldn't get anywhere near Arsenal.

Also nowhere near the cost per sq foot of land.
Spot on mate.Well that's his job, regardless of your opinions on his other policies I dont understand what people expect him to do here. He's trying to get a private company to solve a problem the city of liverpool has had for a while in Stonebridge Cross. As the leader of the local government thats a perfectly logical stance, if he was acting as an evertonian and not in what some see as the best interests of the city (I disagree tbh but can see the arguement) then there would quite rightly be more outrage.
We should absolutely tell them to do one and move heaven and earth to build a waterfront stadium rather than SC but Andersons position is the correct one.
