I thought brick slips (about an inch thick piece of brick) stuck on with grip filler.

Be interested to know what the brick element is made of. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s (recommended) lifespan is much more that 25 years though.
Edit if it’s this type of stuff actually looks more min 60 upto 100 years…

In one of the vids, I noticed that some terracing has been installed on the west stand. It’s lower than all the rest and close to the south stand. Looks great.
