New Everton Stadium

Land around the ground is discretely and not-so-discretely being bought up. I personally know someone who sold a unit near the Ten Street Social.

All the capital, and some more, went into an ex-pub and unit close to the ground, with the prospect of when the grounds built it’ll reopen.

This is happening to a few sites. If you’re sitting on cash, it’s worth looking into.
Don't see anything on planning portal of LCC for around there

There’s no need for planning permission, yet. This is just acquisition of land and/or property. It’s use will be maintained in the short term, or left unused.

It’ll occur though when the time is right as people understand there’ll be a requirement for hospitality or services.

Where there's money to be made, and there will be money to be made, people are usually ahead of the game. There'll be all sorts of projects on the back burner waiting to go as the stadium nears completion.

Remember reading somewhere that an Irish company has put a tender in for water taxis

We have water taxis in Bristol docks. Well we did till Covid did for them. They only operated from late spring and through the summer. And that was in an inland dock network, (if that makes sense), city centre basically. Cant see them being that viable in a football season, on the Mersey, unless they are more like small boats. (The Bristol ones were pretty much open air barges.)
