Is there an internal ‘skywalk’ type facility planned at the ground as Spurs have done and they also have in Croke Park here?

I ask as a suspended and railed walkway has just appeared below the northern end roof and spans the duration of the pitch.

If accessible to the paying public, the views will be stunning.

The footage of the stand interiors there has given me a sense of scale like nothing else - including standing at the gates on Regent Road.

It’s absolutely enormous in there.

Indeed. Just imagine how big the interior of the Bullens Road stand would look in it, might not even get as far as that line I've drawn coming back from the terracing and would be at least half the height. This picture doesn't even show it all...

Yes that does look impressive, almost a shame that will be filled with escalators eventually...well I presume it will be anyhow.

It's the Everton Stadium. Bramley Moore Dock, Regent Road, L3 is it's address.

Just like we have Goodison Park - address Goodison Road, L4.

Nahhhh not calling our stadium after Liverpool are we.

I hate the idea of Stadium rights. I think if there was another way around it then the club should do everything possible to not have the stadium sponsored. Everyone hates the terms ‘the etihad’ ‘the emirates’ it’s just poor. Much rather have a good old traditional name.

If it was upto me it would simply be called ‘the Bramley Moore Dock’ that’s it. However it’s now never going to happen due to the over media sensationalism about Bramley Moore and its links to slaves.

This stadium will be phenomenal and if we are going to get it sponsored then Everton need to go out and secure one of the finest sportswear brands to do it. Nike, Adidas, Puma etc. Imagine ‘The Nike Stadium’. Everything Nike around it, all the kits, merch, a stand alone Nike shop nearby, discounts for Everton membership etc. However knowing Everton we will probably [Poor language removed] this up and end up with ‘The Umbro Bowl’ or ‘The Montirex Fields’ or something stupid like that.

Maybe we can push to the six-a-side masters football that used to be on Sky? Get Nev back in nets. Dave Watson, gassed after 3 minutes, staggering about on the edge of the box partnered by the youthful Joseph Yobo. Maybe Radzinski upfront, being served by Limpar and Gravesen keeping things tidy in the middle.

Either way, it's the end of 11 aside football for Everton FC once we leave Goodison, which is a real shame.
