New Everton Stadium

There's no such thing.

It's the Everton Stadium. Bramley Moore Dock, Regent Road, L3 is it's address.

Just like we have Goodison Park - address Goodison Road, L4.

Matters not.

Most will call it Bramley Moore , as they do now with Goodison.

It will only change when a sponsor comes aboard.

Nahhhh not calling our stadium after Liverpool are we.

I hate the idea of Stadium rights. I think if there was another way around it then the club should do everything possible to not have the stadium sponsored. Everyone hates the terms ‘the etihad’ ‘the emirates’ it’s just poor. Much rather have a good old traditional name.

If it was upto me it would simply be called ‘the Bramley Moore Dock’ that’s it. However it’s now never going to happen due to the over media sensationalism about Bramley Moore and its links to slaves.

This stadium will be phenomenal and if we are going to get it sponsored then Everton need to go out and secure one of the finest sportswear brands to do it. Nike, Adidas, Puma etc. Imagine ‘The Nike Stadium’. Everything Nike around it, all the kits, merch, a stand alone Nike shop nearby, discounts for Everton membership etc. However knowing Everton we will probably [Poor language removed] this up and end up with ‘The Umbro Bowl’ or ‘The Montirex Fields’ or something stupid like that.

i think a good few people will carry on calling it bramley moore out of habit can’t see many using whatever sponsorship name it gets i think it’s a boss name anyway bramley moore

Yeah Bramley Moore would be fine. It’s just not going to end up as that though. It was already pencilled in to be the MegaFon Dome Arena or something like that, USM Stadium.

It's funny how much people banged on about heritage, and UNESCO, and all that jazz, but the name of the actual dock is verboten to some.



Bramley Moore Dock arena sounds great. It should be that, (ignoring any naming rights stuff).

Just looking at the renders of the completed stadium and for the first time I've noticed that the brick work we're starting to see in the corners is also to be installed at ground level right round the stadium. The undercrofts at both ends will feature brick walls where presumably the turnstiles will be. Superb.

Fantastic video thanks for posting. The dock channel that runs parallel to the river has been filled in temporary to aid construction but does it really have to be re-opened ? It would release a lot more space . After all ,there are river entrances either side of BMD . Just asking like .
