He now needs to go a step further and tell the landbanking manc who owns peel that if he doesn't play ball the Council will cpo the land

If the guy continues to landbank as he has for what at least ten years now so the northern docks looks like a morgue, and if Moshiri proposes a multi million pound development partnering the Council to regenerate that whole area, then yes if Peel tell us all to get stuffed (after all what do the residents of Liverpool care about more than football) then we should cpo the land back, rather than let this guy add to his billions. Sorry if that sounds unreasonable like
