That read to me that he was pretty defensive about the moving in date not being at the start of the 24/25 season.

Stadium is looking great though. We are going have something to be very proud about.

Only thing that let it down is the need to tell us how important Everton is to him and his family. Like with the last CEO, I find stuff like that unnecessary and almost patronising. The last CEOs letters would make me cringe.

tbf to him at least it was just a sentence and not a paragraph about being on Uncle Cyrils handlebars and getting terrorised in the boys pen.

I'm watching Toffee TV and they're on about it.. I agree with them move in when ever it's ready. I just think it'll be a logistical nightmare. Should make
sure it is not rushed.

Move us in ASAP imo, I get it would be better to go at the start of a season but for me it could help generate a good buzz mid season and start adding gate revenue right away.

They did, but WHL was pretty much a redevelopment, and paying to use Wembley was pricey.

Agreed, additional revenue, is worth it. Could see a Boxing Day opening that would be cool

The other big difference aside from paying to use Wembley was that they no longer had the old WHL so they surely would move to NWHL as soon as possible. We will still have GP.

Interesting. I wonder if it would go down to a vote? Unlikely. Personally I'd move at half time at a match at Goodison.
