It's going to be a beautiful structure - blending the old / traditional with newn/ innovative structures. I wonder how the roof will age though. Will it need regular maintenanace? I assume it's weatherproof as it will obviously face the full force of the Mersey storms / salt etc. Is it designed to still look shiny and new in 20 years?

Looking at the recent videos the rake of the North and South stands seem to extremely steep. Does anyone know if they are the same, and are they the same as the West & East which don't look as steep. Bring your crampons to get to the back of the North & South !

That would mean the upper tier is slightly bigger than the lower, that can’t be right surely?
I counted the seats at the start of the year mate lol I'll double check again just in case I got them mixed up with the lower and upper
If you’re counting the corners as part of the north stand, then it’s conceivable the upper tier is bigger because the corners get wider the further you get from the pitch.

The lower tier looks larger but I'm sure it had more exits, then the seating for wheelchairs at the front. But the corners of the North Stand Upper tier are really big and so it holds more.
I think I had it one around 5k for the lower tier (which includes the away section) and around 5.8k for the Upper.
