New Everton Stadium

Which is probably for the best. Expecting everything to fall into place over the course of one summer is fanciful
Totally agree, but we where told we would have a summer like no other with new directors, massive transfer window and new stadium announcement, how many are actually gonna come true?

Although docks are where peeps want you never know if theres interesting options in the city too. Docks shouldnt be made as a matter of life and death to EFC.
Same applies to The Cantril Farm site.

Not too many options in the City that Impinge less and deliver more than the Dock site.
Nearer the City Centre the better is the collective wisdom and I go along with this...and me a die in the wool Renovate Goodison man.

Agree with this really. Some have been billing this as the summer to beat all summers with both on field and off field developments and have ended up whipping the fan base into a bit of a frenzy, I'm sure that wasn't their original intention but it has resulted in heads already falling off in the first week of July. I'm sure it will end up being a decent summer but I'm happy with gradual progression on all fronts.

Come on mate that's ridiculous, expectations have never been higher. Re the stadium it's very likely to be 2020/21 before we moved into a new stadium at earliest.
Spurs got planning permission last year and started building pretty much straight away once they had got clearance to knock down that Arsenal fan steelworks building.

They are moving into their new ground by the 2018-2019 season.

I am expecting some amazing rendered pics of the new stadium, and with Anderson as mayor and a big blue he will fast track any issues over planning permission.

Yes mate, that's true - the Spurs buildings works started in summer of 2015 prior to the final planning approval in December 2015.

Using a similar time frame would see us opening for the 2020/21 season. I suppose if everything went super quick it might be the previous season but that would be extra-ordinarily optimistic.
