Why isn't it? Expectations seem to be getting dampened down on all things at the minuteIt's not though is it

Totally agree, but we where told we would have a summer like no other with new directors, massive transfer window and new stadium announcement, how many are actually gonna come true?Which is probably for the best. Expecting everything to fall into place over the course of one summer is fanciful
Why not wait and see before panicking?Totally agree, but we where told we would have a summer like no other with new directors, massive transfer window and new stadium announcement, how many are actually gonna come true?

Again mate I hope you are rightCome on mate that's ridiculous, expectations have never been higher. Re the stadium it's very likely to be 2020/21 before we moved into a new stadium at earliest.
Only by internet keyboard warriors who expect everything in 5 minutes, those of us who go outside for some fresh air now and again see the bigger picture. Rome wasn't built in a day.Why isn't it? Expectations seem to be getting dampened down on all things at the minute

Same applies to The Cantril Farm site.Although docks are where peeps want you never know if theres interesting options in the city too. Docks shouldnt be made as a matter of life and death to EFC.

Bit like the mata thread, hint hintAfter reading the last few pages this thread deffo needed Esking up.

They are moving into their new ground by the 2018-2019 season.
I am expecting some amazing rendered pics of the new stadium, and with Anderson as mayor and a big blue he will fast track any issues over planning permission.
