Is that defo the case? I wondered if that was why Moshiri’s quoted costs went up, originally quoting Cat B fit out (LoR) and then upping with Cat C / FF&E costs (a n other), but seeing as elements of the bars and changing rooms are being done under LoR I wasn’t sure if they’re doing a full turn key build or not.

As I understand it there is still FF&E to complete following handover, i've no idea what is involved but by all accounts there still around £50m plus required for works post LoR. I'm wondering whether the club are picking up all the hospitality areas through a specialist sub-contractor and letting LoR complete the General Admission?

I’d have to spend more on hot water and soap washing myself 21 times a week than I’d earn in the week working on their gaff

Thanks, that makes perfect sense.

Good on Everton, if they are making a conscious choice to try and find employment for people who might otherwise not have it.
