After weeks and weeks of silence, I finally heard from my source today on the stadium.
Seems there's a meeting in London tomorrow - EFC and LCC - with "both sites" on the agenda.

I asked for confirmation as to what was meant by "both sites" - response was docks and Stonebridge Cross.

More if I get it.
