Anderson's comments echo what I heard back in March when I first heard about Stonebridge.
Feeling from Council is that Everton for the first time in 20 years are finally coming to the table with genuine plans which they can actually finance and not rely on Council handouts.
Back then my source told me that he believed Moshiri was "the real deal" and that the goalposts had moved massively.
Looks like he wasn't wrong. Two years! Imagine!
I'm still hoping that Stonebridge is very much Plan B - but even if it isn't and that's the option we're going for, at least it will be something actually viable and not a red herring where we're relying on loads of other partners
