....from an infrastructure perspective it's on the East Lancs Rd and next to a junction of the M57 so it ain't a bad spot but we have got our hopes up with the waterfront option.
Could this be a ruse to get Peel Holdings to agree a final decision on a dockland site. I find it strange that Moshiri et al would allow apparently sensitive information to be photographed.

I'm not too arsed about infrastructure and being next to a motorway. This decision is the biggest the club has ever to make, only one chance to get it right.

IF the new dawn constisted of a manager who would make the rest of football take notice - Koeman doesn't exactly fit that criteria really, but he's not a bad manager so yeah down to opinions on that one

Moving from our historic home to go Stonebridge - nah sorry it may make more money commercially - but it's not exactly going to set a good precident for the new era exactly. He fails to deliver on a dockland site then honestly he has failed by far and away the biggest and most important test he will ever have whilst owning us.

No landmarks as such but if you look up Stonebridge Lane and look at the land fronting the East Lancashire Road, it's there. It's just off the M57.
...I dare say they had paperwork for all options at the meeting, the 2 year timescales, however, suggest the Croxteth build is surely more doable.

We either do something which will give us a prominance that over time will turn us into potentially the pre-eminant club of the city, or we effectively give up - move to Stonebridge and settle for being the teams second city without so much as a whimper IMO
