It's not a brochure for Stonebridge cross though it outlines investment opportunities in Liverpool, including the docks

On my brief research I'm very unimpressed with this Stonebridge site. Seems like Kirkby all over. Will end up another KEIOC scenario and to be honest rightly so.

We either do something which will give us a prominance that over time will turn us into potentially the pre-eminant club of the city, or we effectively give up - move to Stonebridge and settle for being the teams second city without so much as a whimper IMO

Exactly, it is all about showing ambition to be the best, not effectively vacating the city because the council who shunned you for years suddenly wanted to cash in and greased the tracks for you.

Business will dictate what happens mate and profit for them, IF we go the Stonebridge route it's because they have crunched numbers and the owner has worked out for them/him financially in the relative short term it is their best option. It would set a very worrying sign about the future IMO

To be honest we can draw no conclusions on the location of the stadium from that picture. As @ToffeeDoug said earlier both sites were on the agenda.

Moshiri's preferred site is said to be be the docks. Clearly we are at decision time.

This was exactly the point I was making. Within the brochure it details all other areas for potential investment.

No mate, that particular one is specifically about Stonebridge Cross. There are specific ones about the other zones too. Each has a page in the back which tells you what all the development zones are but that one on the desk in the photo is specifically about Stonebridge Cross.
