I agree seeing that brochure for Stonebridge Cross isn't very promising.. but when you read it, it's hardly the sort of information/documents you'd bring to a meeting where you're deciding on a venture of this scale. It's the sort of thing you'd hand out at a press conference. Maybe it's there to throw us all off the scent.
