New Everton Stadium

Tottenham stadium, Emirates, Etihad, Villa Park, Bernabeau, Vicente Calderon, Parkhead, Ibrox, all better, I could name loads more !!
Vicente Calderón looking great at the moment, to be fair.

As I said, it's subjective. Maybe you think those mentioned are better grounds.

However, it's difficult to tell what metric you are using. As you haven't been inside BMD as part of a crowd at a football match you can't use atmosphere or spectator experience to base your judgement on. Capacity? Fair enough, BMD certainly isn't the biggest so I'll give you that. Seeing as you made the glib remark about BMD looking like a spaceship, I'll assume you're focusing on aesthetics or architectural merit. Again, it's really in the eye of the beholder, but the Emirates and Tottenham Stadium look like toilet bowls and the new Bernabeau looks like a laser jet printer. As for Parkhead and Villa Park, nobody is telling me they look better than what we've built on the banks of the Mersey. They have merit as football grounds but they are ugly structures for me.

I'm not saying BMD is the best stadium to ever be built, but your comments were hyperbolic. Let's agree to disagree on this one. 👍

Not just them...someone mentioned on a podcast they've got 17 other companies under the TFG group umbrella.

Might not be cut and dry it'll be a TFG company but I'd certainly want them at the negotiation table whoever it is.
A group umbrella is exactly what’s needed at BMD at the moment. They can fit 17 companies under it, question is can they fit 52k fans?
