I would imagine those camera stands in the south stand are temporary given that the removed chairs are left next to them.
I doubt they'll be used for football matches but more likely for concerts and stuff.

I did take a screenshot a while back that I don't think I ever got around to posting and it was basically why there was gaps in that area equivalent to one seat on each row:
It was doing my OCD in but it makes sense now. There are holes each side and in the middle to plug in the supports of the temporary platform. They pull out the pairs of seats and bam in it drops.
Can't remember. Went there a few times in the 80's and 90's.
Great spot that mate. I think now they'll be camera platforms able to be put in for gigs and events.
They call it the media centre, but is it not just the sub station and comms stuff for the internet?
Right, so take a few seats out here and there, put the platforms in for the extra cameras for a gig etc and then back out and back to normal. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks.

I read recently that they are looking to expand the ground and doing that Barcelona way would seem the way to go.
Just watching now. At the very start, just before the drone takes off, you can see scaffolding on one of the old buildings that will be either the bar or the hotel that's going to be opened opposite. Have we seen that before? Another excellent vid. Thanks to everyone who posts these videos.
