Just watching now. At the very start, just before the drone takes off, you can see scaffolding on one of the old buildings that will be either the bar or the hotel that's going to be opened opposite. Have we seen that before? Another excellent vid. Thanks to everyone who posts these videos.

Yeh it’s on my last voiceover, two bars next to each other. One is an old pottery/ceramic place which will be called the terrace bar, 3 stories with a rooftop terrace. Next door with the scaffolding is the new Hot Wok, planning application has it called the bierkeller. Few steps right were the waste ground is on the corner of Blackstone St, a new 80 bedroomed hotel is going to be built.

Just a small point. But won't passenger ships sailing out of Liverpool on match day think they're being boood? Horrible start to a holiday that.

Imagine though, sailing up the river at night, the Stadium lit up in all its glory, clear skies and just as you draw level we bang a late winner and the place erupts and the noise booms across the river.
Now that would be a memory to cherish
