New Everton Stadium

Well ! That was actually mind blowing !!!
Stood outside for ages basically swearing me head off at the most awesome sight
Had a good few pints at the Bramley moor too
Met a couple of very sound blues outside the pub and ended up chatting for ages
She is truly magnificent and aren’t we the lucky ones
Up the Chuffin toffees
Well worth the visit it was x
Stunning isnt it.
Itching to get up close and personal. It's magnificent and it's ours 💙

The Dell was a ground that stood out with the way the home end was shaped. I know that it was well out of date, but there didn`t seem to be much thought into designing the new ground. Just another bowl stadium, just put red seats in it.
Middlesbrough, Bolton, Coventry, Southampton...all nondescript builds.

Even the "Emirates" is a pretty underwhelming experience in terms of atmosphere. I wasn't impressed when I visited about 15 years ago.

Man City's was worse, though. I saw them beat Sunderland 5-0 there about a decade or so ago, and we thought it was a soulless experience - especially coming a day after Everton 2-2 Aston Villa at a rocking and creaking Goodison. Poznan, my arse. They were more interested in the bevvies and keeping dry in the concourse.

I've always thought Bolton's is quite quirky and a bit different myself

Just Googled it to remind myself what it looks like.

Google have ruined their search engine - results are full of such garbage now:

Great vid, as usual.

I know this has been asked before but, as LOR have officially handed over now, I'll ask again, is there going to be a screed or render on the flat roof areas? It just looks so incongruous with the bare concrete in comparison with the rest of the stadium. They've done it on the media centre, so I'm assuming it will be done.

Middlesbrough built a new ground by the docks but its a bit dull and surrounded by industrial unit still after over 20 years.
I went to Bolton for a mid week game, Felliani scored a late winner, and a lad I got talking to before the game said a good few supporters stopped going when they moved out of the town as they felt it was the wrong thing to do. We were talking about going to Kirby around that time.
We have it right with the waterfront location, staying in the city, and if the surrounding area gets developed with lots of ale houses and places to eat, we will be onto a winner.
