New Everton Stadium

Never hopped on a bus before? Or an uber? Or text someone for a lift?

There are next to no regular bus routes that go past the stadium or anywhere that close (hence the need for a good amount of Soccerbuses to/from various points) I don't do Ubers (taxis, yes). I don't know any who drives to the match, as we all like a pint.

I’m on about getting a train as close to where you live as you can, then doing one of the alternatives. You want to try living rurally mate and complaining about transport 😂

and what looks like wet patches both on the lower tier and upper tier terracing, bottom tier looks like first 20 rows are soaked and upper sections in certain areas are also wet. Directors area and corporate sections look wet, does anyone think there could be leaks in the roof?

If the ground has been handed over, I doubt it.

Incredibly low resolution images taken before completion.

Have you got any images since the hand over?

The amount of bed wetting going on in here is genuinely hilarious, I'd say you couldn't write it but I'm pretty sure any comedy writer who knows of Everton would write this exactly the way this thread is playing out - because it plays right into the caricature of a certain base of Everton fans.

1. Bed wetting about getting wet in a stadium that noone has sat in yet, has no idea that there is any issue in the first place and even if there were to be is something that could likely be retrospectively fixed, if a flaw in the design was identified.

2. Bed wetting about public transport, before it's even held an event yet. Folk have literally no idea what transport options will be available on the day and what the club, council or any other bodies have in mind to support the crowd management around the stadium.

Get a grip and enjoy the fact we are moving to one of the best, most modern and state of the art stadiums in Europe in around 6 months time.

It's going to be an absolute belter.
