We definitely should have gone for something similar in terms of the lighting.I always thought the lighting would be something like this.

If an MLS stadium costing a third of our stadium can have that you wonder wtf was in the heads of those sanctioning the gas hob effect we have.
Honestly @davek is there anything you like about the club, you are one of the most glass halve empty people I have ever come acrossI always thought the lighting would be something like this.

Nobody even knows if it’s the finished article, can we not just be grateful that it’s actually been built for now and worry about the lighting later, FFS we haven’t even used it yetHe's got a point here though
I’m glad it isn’t tbfI always thought the lighting would be something like this.

I doubt they can rectify it without great expense. The Allianz Arena has thousands of LEDs behind their clear cladding, whereas ours is constructed of metal which obviously LEDs can't shine through. I'm disappointed with the lighting, alongside it being too small and seemingly difficult to expand in the future. Apart from that though I'm generally delighted with the ground, specifically the location, appearance and what it represents and will generate for the club in terms of finances.Have to hope it can and will be addressed.
The current effort isn't near to being worthy of the stadium as a whole.

Something along those lines would look good.I always thought the lighting would be something like this.

Considering this is the area we are located in and the type of weather we will have, I feel what we have is sufficient.Something along those lines would look good.
He just said it looks a bit rubbish. Compared to the rest of the stadium which is boss, in parts spectacular, its a bit underwhelming. Nothing wrong with having an opinion on a football forum when it's a legitimate one. If he was going on about wind turbines or walls I'd agree with you......Nobody even knows if it’s the finished article, can we not just be grateful that it’s actually been built for now and worry about the lighting later, FFS we haven’t even used it yet
