I always thought the lighting would be something like this.

If an MLS stadium costing a third of our stadium can have that you wonder wtf was in the heads of those sanctioning the gas hob effect we have.

Was there not some sort of restriction regarding the lighting and aesthetics for the stadium Dave so that it wouldn’t impinge on the heritage of the dock area?

I remember reading something about that a while back. Maybe someone who is better versed in this stuff than me can explain it better.

I think the club have had their hands tied and are very limited about what they can do regarding illumination etc.

We don't need something lit up like a Christmas tree, we just need something classy that fits in with the area. If the band of lights on both sides were one continuous wall of light, instead of a spotlight effect, most people would be more than happy.

Club view is only a private concourse (i hope we are not restricted to this concourse)

Includes £10 pre loaded card for food and drink per game and match programme. Be interesting to see if you can carry the £10 for food and drink over or not. I suspect not.

Feel the club have been very vague in all aspects of the new stadium.. no terms and conditions for clubview that i can see

EFC told me that if you’re in Club View, you’re restricted to that concourse only, so can’t meet up inside stadium with other people from other stands

They just need to diffuse the lights on the east and the west to achieve something similarly tasteful.

Agree 100%. Personally I prefer the lights when white. Just because we play in blue doesn’t mean everything has to be blue.
