...and soulless. When we have tourist fans by the thousands, we will finally be back where we belong: in the elite.

I’d love to know what good looks like in your world Davek....and soulless.

Too late for that, Dave. Game changed more than quarter of a century ago. There is no place for the parochial in a global league....and soulless.

Yeah, the paying fanbase will definitely change. The only thing that prevents that, in my view, is Friedkin failure. If they fail to spend big and spend well, nobody will be jetting in to see Doucoure after the new stadium novelty wears off.Oh dont get me wrong, I know this club will change completely now.
The prices of tickets will go through the roof and we'll end up with a completely different fanbase by and large.
Everton supporters in 10 years will be completely different to the who attended Goodison Park.
The only thing that'll stop that is a return to football hooliganism, and no one wants that.
You think like me.But your comment was about European fans, particularly during the Euros. I even mentioned that the fanbases will be very different in solution requirements and approach.
We can use the transport difficulties to our benefit during the Euros, as they won't be resolved then. In the meantime Evertonians will form new habits and routines, and find ways to deal with the issues. This doesn't reduce the need for solutions, but it will not be as bad as anything at the test events. People could easily have walked over to Great Howard street and into town, but most chose not to. If you put a 3rd test event on tomorrow, without a forced mass exit, then the issue wouldn't be so bad.
He's yet to find out himself.I’d love to know what good looks like in your world Davek.
With Reidy orchestrating the midfield and Coleman issuing a rallying cry.He wants us to win the PL on Stanley Park surrounded only by supporters in Donkey Jackets.
You think like me.
No such thing as a problem, just a solution you need to find.![]()
Reminds me of that Wigan Athletic car sticker: "We're from Wigan and we live in mud huts"I work in construction and engineering design. If every problem was insurmountable, we'd still be living in mud huts.
The 'main' constraint for transport was financial rather than material resources and know how.I work in construction and engineering design. If every problem was insurmountable, we'd still be living in mud huts.
Misery I'd imagine. The utter joyful bliss of miseryI’d love to know what good looks like in your world Davek.
The opposite of whatever the current prevailing moon/sentiment/opinion is.I’d love to know what good looks like in your world Davek.
Locally made Donkey Jackets I hope and not made by some profiteering carpet bagging wools. He wants us to win the PL on Stanley Park surrounded only by supporters in Donkey Jackets.
