New Everton Stadium

Has the Wastewater Treatment Works at Sandon Dock been extended into Wellington Dock as yet? Know it was planned but i don't recall ever being in this part of town so wouldn't know. Just wondering what we would be adjacent to if the 'Peel Holdings Arena' was to be built at Bramley-Moore.
 

Fairly sure I read somewhere that nearly every football stadium is orientated north to south. This is to keep the sun out of the goalkeeper's eyes. if this is true, expect the stadium to be parallel with the river, not at right angles.

Im pretty certain it's now up and running, covers the full length of Sandon half tide at wellington dock

The new titanic hotel and tobacco warehouse are a stones through away

Old Trafford isnt, neither is Wembley, so its feasible it could be at a right angle

Also pretty sure the Gwladys st gets belted with sun
