Those idiots still believe we sell half season tickets at Christmas and that we struggle to fill Goodison. They don’t even realise are season ticket waiting list is just as big as there’s.

The fans on RAWK are all sitting with a calculator trying to figure out what extra money a few thousand seats will bring in, calling us stupid. Hahahah not realising at all how much more money we will be bringing in from sponsorships and the stadiums naming rights.

Stadium needs more blue, but those lights are too blue.
Needs more seats, but not so many we don’t guarantee a sell out on a wet Wednesday against Shrewsbury.
Need more corp boxes, I don’t care what months of market research shows, or about the 80 odd loge seats at £10k a pop or whatever they are.
We need all this for more revenue to compete, but they better not put the prices up.

Tbh, they've had a waiting list for well over 20yrs and stopped taking new applicants for it years ago. I thought that was at about 70k, but consolidated it.

This capacity talk is a waste of time. It's ruining the best thread on GOT. It's evident we would never of been able to afford to complete a larger, more expensive build.
We haven't even survived building this one yet until the takeover is complete. I swear some of you are living in some fantasy land where we didnt have to beg, borrow & steal just to get us through the last few years.
Let's all try to love the wonderful new stadium for what it is, hope TFG can move us forward up the table over the next few years, build up more of a head of steam then at that time, feel free to talk about capacity increases again.
If TFG buy the land then great. I think we would all welcome that. Have they? No. Have they said they want to? No. Have they bought the club yet? No. Is there a single quote out there by TFG stating any of this or a capacity increase other than wanting to purchase the club? No.
