Fair enough airplane man...
but please just let someone answer my sort-of-on-topic question which i really want to know the answer to....
Does anyone know why we cant have the Stanley Park site which the kopites had??? or why we havent explored it?
GP is a old ground not a championship ground, again trying to push your own agenda.
An old ground doesnt propel a ground to a lower league. So MK Dons will replace us as a top 8 side in the prem??I have no agenda. GP is old ground that will propel the club into the Championship. It's not top club quality, it is Championship quality for sure. My favourite stadium is MK Dons. A wonderful place. Better than GP and in many leagues lower than the current EFC. If we stay at GP we may be playing there once a season.

we havnt got the money mate biggest hurdle, and i am sure that all the planning stuff is now out of date we would have to go through the lot from the start it would be very expensive and as liverpool are staying put it would be something else to add to the pot im sure they would be agaist us moving next door, then transport ect would come into it and the restFair enough airplane man...but please just let someone answer my sort-of-on-topic question which i really want to know the answer to....Does anyone know why we cant have the Stanley Park site which the kopites had??? or why we havent explored it?

No the club didn't. I'm 49 btw, thanks for asking. It is only yards from Anfield. We walked out of that place 121 years ago. Everton did try to get a part of the park about 20 years ago. Then the RS tried and got it.
Neither did MK Dons. You borrow. Liverpool announced they put the stadium on hold and were "considering" tarting up Anfield. No firm plans have been put down. My view is that the stadium will be back on track once the economy is firmly on the up. LFC know they will need a high revenue stadium to compete with Man U and Arsenal, etc. Well over 60,000 they need and if they go over 60,000 they have to provide mass-transit rail access. They need EFC, the council and Peel at the port all on-board, to get electrification, get the needed passenger mass-transit rail.we havnt got the money mate biggest hurdle

Or this almost identical thread

The club made approaches to the council to build on the park. At 49 you should know better. Say out of ale houses.
looks good thatChanging subject slightly, what about this above the park end stand:It's a row of boxes, some seating then 2 more rows of boxes.FFS Fulham are building out over the river thames, surely we could do something on solid ground..
