It would ,
no reason why she shouldn't be able to do it,
she would have all the badges ect.
Her mind will be as good as anybody else and she might have a different outlook.
My mum went the game all her adult life and knew the game,
as do many other females some cracker fans among are fanbase over the years.
Never happen in reality right now , will do some time on the future ,
I expect
But can't be any worse than the boring rubbish we are currently getting served up.
 
We need someone new. No ties to Everton. Original thinking. They do the same thing in the NFL in the states. They pass around coaches all the time with the same results. So for me, no to Southgate, Moyes, Rooney, Lampard, or someone who’s been booted from another PL team. We need an outside thinker with complete, well-rounded tactics who’s willing to parent and make the right choices instead of being their friend and complaining about our players and shifting blame.

The kind of appointment that would be suited to the end of season though no, without the relegation battle and with the squad rebuild
Imagine the media circus around her if she came in now when relegation is a possibility. Could be an unwanted and detrimental extra pressure
