New Stadium- How to size it?

Got to be at least 60k, already a big waiting list for season tickets for next season, if this continues to grow until the stadium is built, there is no reason we can't get close to 60k a game. Honestly believe that

Does anyone have any knowledge on how far down the line the club is likely to state what Capacity they are looking to build? Now that we have the Council approval and need to submit planning permission, presumably that means we will have to specify what size we are looking to build?

Would they likely release this info at the moment they submit the planning application at the end of the year?

Maybe @RobSpurs may know about this?

I would imagine Meis has known the spec for the stadium for some time. And in turn all other stakeholders would know also.

Agree. And it won't be below 55,000 either, which is going to send the Kopite fume through the roof when they realise we've outdone them. Our expansion options will be far more flexible too with it being a new stadium.

With Farhad Moshiri, and more interest than ever in attending home games in the Premier League era, why would Everton decide to go for lower than planned in 2003? Just wouldn't make sense.

Think it will be closer to 60,000 personally.

The tender document states 55k; close to the pitch, steep sides, large home end; not going overboard on hospitality; potential to expand
