The wideman are the ones letting us down most by creating absolutely nothing. So many opportunities to pass forward but ignoring it to pass sideways or back, or to or just misplacing simple passes when they do try. Simply need to do much, much better.

You can see them look up, trap the ball then....have no idea what to do.

Just hit the line and cross the ball. They're doing it.

Myko is the same, maybe a little bit batter at attacking.

Gueye is ball watching, can’t pass forwards and isn’t aware enough

Onana is shocking, won’t run can’t pass and not tackling, doesn’t look arsed.

Iwobi is bad but not the worst, only player running but toothless in attack, can’t pass at all.

Gray is just gray, dribbles until he gets tackled and doesn’t look up, useless. He also doesn’t track back and is lazy.

Gordon doesn’t offer much in attack and is defending less and less.

Calvert lewin no service and can’t get into the game because our team is crap.

They need to stop passing round those square areas defined by cones in training and explain to half our players that the aim of the game is to put the ball in the white thing by any and all possible
means or die (not dive) trying.

These players less than 2 weeks ago were all giving interviews about the growing confidence and robustness in the squad. It takes some tough tackling and a couple of poor results to remove all confidence from this squad, and every squad we’ve had for years. Not even the same players.

Hope they are getting a proper viscious bollocking. I love Seamus, but sorry, we need a captain that gets a grip of this referee within the first 5 minutes when it became obvious what was happening. 10 men and 1-1.
