Newcastle Utd (and Viz)

What's with the rumours that the chairman is facing lawsuit actions against him for kidnap, detection of children and misappropriation of property and exprotraition of companies worth hundreds of millions of dollars into pif.

Not rumours. The following link is behind a paywall, but you get long enough to read a good portion.

Almiron to Al Shabab is mooted.

Shall we have an inflated fee sweep?

30m is my guess.

HAHA.

Newcastle complaining about not being able to spend due to FFP, shock and horror, what happens next?

We need an independent regulator ASAP to come and change the rules. Club owners should not be able to decide the rules of the game amongst them, particularly when they've been in at for as short a time as some have.

Surely £100 million, plus 3 of their cast offs for another £100 million no doubt, all to one of the 4 teams owned by the same people who own them
Funny thing is, Al Shabab isn't one of the four clubs owned by PIF, it isn't even one of the 4 partially owned by the PIF.

The cynic in my thinks they're trying too hard to prove it's not underhand. Besides which, if PIF wanted to get money to the Al Shabab owner (also royalty) it's easy enough.

It's for that very reason there's absolutely no point at all another Emirati royal buying another PL team to compete against Man City. The Abu Dhabi family outranks everyone else so it's pointless.

The irony is of course, the regulator reports to the Government.

The same government the approved the Saudi takeover on the promise that Newcastle wouldn't be state controlled and that Saudi Arabia would shut its illegal streaming service down.

Yep i work with a geordie whos saying the rumour around Newcastle is hes been caught banging some bird.
Apparently same happened at Atletico also.

Seems like he wants to go and have a crack at a big bushed German now.
I lived in newcastle for many years. It’s a smaller city than people think. Very hard to hide any sort of gossip. People knew what all the players were up to and who was signing long before it was in the press.
Loads of footballers are at it, but with it being so hard to hide there think it will continue to be a problem.
