As I stated earlier, they'd get no points from either Fulham or Villa.

Villa's gonna thump 'em 2 or 3 nil and send them on their merry way.
 

i hope the skunks get a draw against villa, but find it's not enough to save them - is it vindictive to hope they finish bottom?
 
Just a question here. Why do so many hate Newcastle United? I know they have a lot of deluded fans and have players such has Barton and Nolan, but apart from that, i cant see where all the hatred comes from.
 

I don't really hate Newcastle United, they just come across as if they think they're some major force in world football, despite winning sod all for decades. I actually feel sorry for the fans, as that's a club that should be a regular challenger for silverware but has been badly run for decades - they really deserve better. In contrast you have Middlesborough who have a chairman who really cares about the club & tries to run it well, even winning an actual cup for the first time ever, yet the fans seem somewhat lacking in passion, it seems to me.

emana (5 million) - extremely dynamic cameroonian midfielder at Betis - saw him a few times against the big Spanish clubs and he was awesome

fact of the matter is to get a side that can compete with the evertons and villa's of this world you'd probably have to spend £50m with what we have....

i have to say, i didn't find it amusing when we nearly went down....but i will laugh soooooo hard if newcastle go down. Am sick of hearing about the self-proclaimed best fans in the world (TM)....its all boll*x. Hope they go down and stay down.
 

I'm living in Newcastle at the moment, it's like a morgue up here, it's brilliant...
 
I want to finish 5th but I do want Villa to beat the barcodes, would piss myself laughing if they did go, be some players up for grabs aswell..........

I do like Martins, he is very quick and still scores goals

They take up our room. Newcastle being in the Premier League means proper teams with a genuinely great pedigree and that are improving steadily and doing the right things are overlooked for a circus act like that crew up there. It's Darwinian. They have space and we need it in this media warped world.

I agree but even if they go down they'll still have the media slobbering all over them especially if Shearer stays at the helm.
