I dont know. Players there are decent. He could go there and make a quick impact as he has in his last two jobs in the PL.

Good club to manage and I'm sure he'd see it as an acceptable job. If/when he turns that down it'll be a a key moment for us.
There last 5 games are against the top 6

Edit slightly easier then that
West Ham, Leicester Arsenal Bournemouth Us and City and Chelsea

Never managed Espanyol Ste. He managed Celta.

Poch has said too much against taking the Barca job to do a U-Turn and take it. If he goes back to Spain, he'll go to Real Franco.

Didn't bother checking mate, just thought Enrique had done, Pocch is Real nailed on if they want him.

Getting bombed out spectacularly by Juve won't have helped his chances mind...

I know West Brom were sniffing after him too. The fact neither them nor Southampton have sacked their manager indicates to me Silva hasn't given them the all clear.

I know people have their hearts set on Fonseca, who also looks a talented coach, but I think Silva is similar but equal to him. What they did in Portugal and in a less prevalent league is very similar. Fonseca has done it in Europe, but then Silva has done himself no harm with his spell in England which only came undone when his position was almost untenable.

I know people would moan, but I'd be happy with either, not my number 1 choice but a good upgrade and someone we can move forward with over the next 3 years.
Moshiri will look a complete basket case if the feller he was in hot pursuit of, and willing to pay £8M compensation for, is available in the summer for nothing and he ignores him.

Silva would have us at least where we are now and have the standard of play up. And I cant see any superstar manager coming here until we have a squad of players capable of actually playing decent, technically proficient football in place.

The reputation of the club has taken an almighty knock under Allardyce. It cant be allowed to continue into next season.

I think they have to act before the West Ham game and get Silva in (or another). A win against WHU and then the international break to work with the players could save them. I woulkd not be surprised if Pellegrino is sacked this week.

Silva would be the last person I would turn to in a relegation fight, it would be like taking a plastic fireguard to a bonfire.
