Koeman it started under. When Martinez left a similar manager should have come in with a similar ethos. The fact we decided to almost literally throw everything out, to this day, made no sense. You say "well Martinez had decent ideas but no idea how to get a defense to actually defend" so you get someone who can make a few tweaks with that and stop the pointless sideways passing to nowhere.

Instead they go with Koeman's idea of "well, ok, thats football" and decides we want to see grocks with no end product running down the bylines and then crossing to only one target man in the entire world.
Koeman name is bigger then himself, he’s got a great rep because of his football skills, not his managerial skills

We dumped Roberto too soon. NEA what reaction that will generate...he was a good fit for this Club in so many ways. Just needed to get his defence sorted.

Can’t see how/why people would want Silva still tbh. Sack by two clubs and relegated with one. IMO could actually be a downgrade on Allardyce. Need to aim higher if we are to replace him.
Don’t get why ppl bang on about that relegation, wasn’t his fault, took over a teams that struggled to field a team at one point, then he became the of Hull and sold his 2 best players and fave him zero money, he almost kept them up but they ran out of steam.

As for Watford, look at any player who has there head turned and they won’t let them go, they down tools. Same with a manager that you believe in, then wants to ditch you as soon as a bigger club come calling.

Because ones an anomaly, the others a trend.

Got s team he has entirely built rather than inherited, and they ship goals for fun, their game today and against the rs, they played so openly it was like watching a Martinez second season team all over again.

The game against the rs, was the most niave I've seen
I’m confused who are you talking about?

Itd be nice to hire someone who wasnt a failure at every premier league club hes been at so far. Im all for giving people second chances, but saying that a manager having his head turned is the same as a player? The one place Managers are supposed to be strong is mentally, if hes mentally weak then he cant manage super ego athletes with the mentality of children.

Plus, Mahrez already has 2 goals and an assist since, seems hes not as much of a wilting flower as Silva. Neither was Lukaku, despite Chelsea "being confident" of signing him in summer of 2016. He scored 25 in the league.

Mahrez went awol for 3 games, then realised he needed to sort his stuff out.
Don’t think Chelsea bid for Rom in 2016.
