Whats annoying is like @Borussin said about Klopp Liverpool were lucky in that they got Klopp being in the right place at the right time and Klopp himself liking that sort of club/challenge.

Thats essentially what as a club we need to do - approach top managers who want the challenge but also get the identity of the club.

Simeone for example would suit Everton - his dogs of war style with a bit of style and his aggressive no nonsense press along with his fiery nature it would be a match made in heaven. That in itself would give us a chance of landing him but as a club we would never have the cajones to approach him.

Thats part of the problem at the club we seem to fear actually trying for the best and go straight for "obtainable" targets - hence massive money signings on the likes of Siggurdsson, Bolasie, Rooney and Keane.
