In fairness to Gana his stats were up there with the best in Europe when playing in his correct position as a lone DM, but when Schneiderlin came along he was asked to move further up the field and get involved in more attacks, that for me was when his form dipped drastically. Let him do what he does best win the ball and give it to players who can play.

No, it isn't enough, he or somebody else should win the ball and do something better than pass the ball 3 yards and put his hands on his hips,
